Access the Affected Host
Log in to the host machine where the DM5500 FS Agent is experiencing issues. -
Go to the Agent Directory
Open File Explorer and go to:C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService -
Stop the AgentService
- Open Services (
services.msc) - Locate AgentService
- Right-click and select Stop
- Open Services (

Rename the SSL Folder
- Locate the
sslfolder in theAgentServicedirectory. - Rename it to
ssl_oldor similar.
