Symptoms
- NetWorker 서버 업그레이드는 성공했지만 NMC(NetWorker Management Console) 업그레이드에 실패했습니다.
- NetWorker Management Console이 ..\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management 폴더 이름이 변경된 상태에서 새로 설치를 완료하지 못합니다.
- 설치 로그 오류:
[0DE4:08FC][2020-01-20T21:21:59]i000: nsrd : StartService failed.
Error Code = 1056.

- NMC에 대한 레지스트리 항목을 제거하려고 해도 문제가 지속됩니다.
Cause
레지스트리 항목 형태로 시스템에 이전 NMC가 남아 있습니다.
Resolution
Microsoft 프로그램 설치 및 제거 툴을 설치하고 이 툴을 사용하여 이전 NMC 설치의 남은 부분을 제거해야 합니다.
