Cause

SAS_CTLR_API_SPC_MSGU_TICK_COUNT_FAIL - RCA: general exception fault in the SAS firmware.
SAS_CTLR_API_SPC_CMD_TIMEOUT - Command timeout during SAS chip reset

The SAS controller chip-set has taken a fatal error and reset, resulting in the SP bugcheck.
This issue will be addressed with SAS Controller firmware v2.13.43 and higher.

Resolution

R33 VNX OE 05.33.009.5.155 contains the new firmware to address this issue.
Please upgrade to the latest version of R33 VNX OE.

Additional Information

There won't be business impact at the moment the single SP panic, the another SP was working normally to handle service IO.
