Cause
RECV_CRC_ERROR訊息代表透過用來與 Avamar 連線的插槽傳輸資料時發生問題。
VM 主機的實體網路介面故障已指派給受影響的虛擬機器。這會導致封包遺失。
在備份失敗時，用戶端上沒有記錄 /var/log/messages 中的故障。
Resolution
檢查作為 Hypervisor 的機器是否有任何硬體問題並加以修正。
在這種情況下，託管虛擬機器的機器上有故障的實體網路介面卡需要更換。
實體硬體修復後，備份成功，用戶端本身沒有任何修正措施。
