VxRail: Node Add Task Fails with "Stopping Platform Service"

The VxRail Manager reports a failure when attempting to stop the vxrail-platform-service on a newly added node.

• Task aborts with error "Failed to stop vxrail-platform-service service!".
• Log entries indicate that the platform service stop request could not reach the node.
• The underlying error message is ip address not reachable.

ICMP traffic is blocked between the VxRail Manager and the new nodes. The expansion logic uses ICMP requests to verify node reachability. When ICMP is filtered, the manager cannot confirm the node’s presence, leading to "ip address not reachable" errors and the inability to stop the vxrail-platform-service on the new node.
