Symptoms

在“配置”选项卡下的“服务器属性”中，在“License conformance Full Conformance”中的“Conformance”报告下，显示为 Eval：

Cause

此问题可能有不同的原因，例如：
  • 此问题可能是在执行 NetWorker 服务器灾难恢复 （NSRDR） 后导致的。
  • NetWorker 服务器操作系统已升级。
  • NetWorker 服务器资源数据库损坏。 

Resolution

当服务关闭并且重新启动服务后，使用 nsradmin 删除许可证，许可证已重新读取。

请按照以下步骤从 res db：

1 中脱机删除许可证。将许可证从 CLP 许可证文本复制到记事本。
2.停止 NetWorker 服务和 NMC （gstd） 服务。
在 Windows 上： 
net stop nsrexecd
在 Linux 上： 
systemctl stop networker
systemctl stop gst

3.检查是否有任何过时的进程正在运行，如果是，则终止进程。
在 Windows 上：

要检查过时的进程： 
tasklist | findstr nsr
要终止过时的过程： 
tskill <pid>
在 Linux 上：
要检查陈旧的进程：请执行以下操作： 
ps -ef | grep nsr
要终止过时的过程： 
kill -9 <pid>


4.将 /nsr 下的 res 复制到任何安全位置。

5.在离线模式下使用 nsradmin 访问 nsrdb：

Windows：

nsradmin -d "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\res\nsrdb" 

Linux：  

nsradmin -d /nsr/res/nsrdb

6.然后输入：

nsradmin>t
Known type: NSR,..... all the types will be listed
nsradmin>p type:NSR license
nsradmin>delete type:NSR license;name:CLP Capacity License
Delete? y
deleted resource id.....

7.重新启动服务。

在 Windows 上：

net start nsrd && net start gstd

在 Linux 上：

systemctl start networker
systemctl start gst

8.然后启动 NMC 并检查完整合规性是否已更新。
