NetWorker：伺服器授權顯示為 Eval （評估） 模式

Symptoms

在「組態」標籤下的「Server Properties」中，「License conformance Full Conformance」中的符合性報告會顯示「Eval」：

此外，NMC 使用者介面標頭也會顯示「eval」：

Cause

此問題可能有不同的原因，例如：
  • 此問題可能是在執行 NetWorker 伺服器災難復原 （NSRDR） 之後所造成。
  • NetWorker 伺服器作業系統已升級。
  • NetWorker 伺服器資源資料庫損毀。 

Resolution

在服務中斷時，使用 nsradmin 刪除授權，並在重新開機服務後重新讀取授權。

請遵循以下步驟，從 res db：

1 卸下授權離線。將授權從 CLP 授權文字複製到記事本。
2.停止 NetWorker 服務和 NMC （gstd） 服務。
在 Windows 上： 
net stop nsrexecd
在 Linux 上： 
systemctl stop networker
systemctl stop gst

3.檢查是否有任何過時的程式正在執行中，如果是，則會終止程式。
Windows：

若要檢查過時的程式： 
tasklist | findstr nsr
若要終止過時程式： 
tskill <pid>
在 Linux 上：
若要檢查過時的程式： 
ps -ef | grep nsr
若要終止過時程式： 
kill -9 <pid>


4.將 /nsr 下的 res 複製到任何安全的位置。

5.在離線模式下使用 nsradmin 存取 nsrdb：

Windows：

nsradmin -d "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\res\nsrdb" 

Linux：  

nsradmin -d /nsr/res/nsrdb

6.然後輸入：

nsradmin>t
Known type: NSR,..... all the types will be listed
nsradmin>p type:NSR license
nsradmin>delete type:NSR license;name:CLP Capacity License
Delete? y
deleted resource id.....

7.重新開機服務。

在 Windows 上：

net start nsrd && net start gstd

在 Linux 上：

systemctl start networker
systemctl start gst

8.然後啟動 NMC，並檢查完整符合性是否已更新。
