Symptoms

구성 탭의 Server Properties에서 License Conformance 전체 적합성의 적합성 보고서 아래에 Eval로 표시됩니다.

Cause

이 문제는 다음과 같은 여러 가지 원인이 있을 수 있습니다.
  • 이 문제는 NSRDR(NetWorker Server Disaster Recovery)을 수행한 후 발생할 수 있습니다.
  • NetWorker 서버 운영 체제가 업그레이드되었습니다.
  • NetWorker 서버 리소스 데이터베이스의 손상. 

Resolution

nsradmin을 사용하여 서비스가 중단되고 서비스를 재시작한 후 라이선스가 다시 읽혀졌을 때 라이센스를 삭제합니다.

아래 단계에 따라 res db:

1에서 라이선스를 오프라인으로 제거합니다. CLP 라이선스 텍스트에서 메모장에 라이센스를 복사합니다.
2. NetWorker 서비스 및 NMC(gstd) 서비스를 중지합니다.
Windows: 
net stop nsrexecd
Linux: 
systemctl stop networker
systemctl stop gst

3. 유효하지 않은 프로세스가 실행 중인지 확인합니다. 그렇다면 프로세스를 없애십시오.
Windows:

오래된 프로세스를 확인하려면 다음을 수행합니다. 
tasklist | findstr nsr
오래된 프로세스를 없애려면 다음을 수행합니다. 
tskill <pid>
Linux:
오래된 프로세스를 확인하려면 다음을 수행합니다. 
ps -ef | grep nsr
오래된 프로세스를 없애려면 다음을 수행합니다. 
kill -9 <pid>


4. /nsr 아래의 res를 안전한 위치에 복사합니다.

5. 오프라인 모드에서 nsradmin을 사용하여 nsrdb에 액세스합니다.

Windows:

nsradmin -d "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\res\nsrdb" 

Linux:  

nsradmin -d /nsr/res/nsrdb

6. 그런 다음 다음을 입력합니다.

nsradmin>t
Known type: NSR,..... all the types will be listed
nsradmin>p type:NSR license
nsradmin>delete type:NSR license;name:CLP Capacity License
Delete? y
deleted resource id.....

7. 서비스를 다시 시작합니다.

Windows:

net start nsrd && net start gstd

Linux:

systemctl start networker
systemctl start gst

8. 그런 다음 NMC를 실행하고 전체 적합성이 업데이트되었는지 확인합니다.
