Supported Action — InsertCommentInLCLog

Description

This method adds Worknotes and insert Comments into existing LCLog entries. If a LogSequenceNumber is passed, the Comment is inserted into the corresponding entry. If not passed, a new Worknote is created in the LCLogs with the Description given in Comment.
