Cause

Onjuiste indeling gebruikt voor de gebruikersnaam.

Resolution

De indeling <domein>\<gebruikersnaam> kan niet worden gebruikt bij het aanmelden via een Active Directory-gebruiker.
De gebruikersnaam moet worden gebruikt onder de indeling <gebruikersnaam>@<domein>.
