Symptoms
특정 VM 데이터 저장소를 통한 VM 백업이 실패하고 백업 세션 로그에 다음과 같은 메시지가 표시됩니다.
YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ ERROR: [@(#) Build number: ##] HTTP Get request failed to download config file '[datastore%25Test] VMLINUX/VMLINUX.vmx' using URL 'https://vcenter.emclab.local/folder/VMLINUX/VMLINUX.vmx?dcPath=Datacenter&dsName=datastore%2525Test'. HTTP Status code: 404
VM 세션 로그는 다음 위치에서 찾을 수 있습니다.
- NetWorker Server에서 VM을 백업한 NetWorker 보호 정책 및 워크플로우의 /nsr/logs/policy/Policy/PolicyName/WorkflowName 폴더에 있습니다.
- 백업을 수행한 NVP vProxy 어플라이언스의 경우 다음을 수행합니다. /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/recycle/vbackupd/
Cause
데이터 저장소 이름에 %sign(또는 다른 지원되지 않는 문자)가 있으므로 데이터 저장소 HTTP 요청에 예기치 않은 문자가 추가됩니다. 예를 들어 세션 로그의 링크는 다음과 같이 나타날 수 있습니다.
https://vcenter.emclab.local/folder/VMLINUX/VMLINUX.vmx?dcPath=Datacenter&dsName=datastore%2525Test
표시되는 링크도 웹 브라우저에서 로드해야 합니다. 하지만 URL이 상태 404로 로드되지 않습니다(찾을 수 없음).
NetWorker VMware 통합 가이드에는 데이터 저장소 이름에 특수 문자를 사용하면 백업 및 복원 실패와 같은 vProxy에 문제가 발생할 수 있다고 명시되어 있습니다. 특수 문자에는 다음이 포함되었습니다.

Resolution
위의 특수 문자가 포함되지 않도록 VMware의 데이터 저장소 이름을 변경합니다. VMware 데이터 저장소의 이름이 변경되면 VM 보호 정책을 다시 실행합니다.
