Symptoms

通过特定虚拟机数据存储区的虚拟机备份失败，并在备份会话日志中看到以下消息：

YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ ERROR:  [@(#) Build number: ##] HTTP Get request failed to download config file '[datastore%25Test] VMLINUX/VMLINUX.vmx' using URL 'https://vcenter.emclab.local/folder/VMLINUX/VMLINUX.vmx?dcPath=Datacenter&dsName=datastore%2525Test'. HTTP Status code: 404

虚拟机会话日志可在以下位置找到：

  • 在 NetWorker 服务器上，在备份虚拟机的 NetWorker 保护策略和工作流的 /nsr/logs/policy/PolicyName/WorkflowName 文件夹下。
  • 在执行备份的 NVP vProxy 应用装置上，在下：/opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/recycle/vbackupd/
VMware 数据存储区名称中有一个百分比：
VMware vSphere Web 用户界面显示名称中不支持的字符的数据存储区

Cause

数据存储区名称中有 %符号（或其他不支持的字符），导致意外字符添加到数据存储区 HTTP 请求。例如，会话日志中的链接可能显示为：

https://vcenter.emclab.local/folder/VMLINUX/VMLINUX.vmx?dcPath=Datacenter&dsName=datastore%2525Test

所显示的链接还应从 Web 浏览器加载;但是，URL 无法加载状态为 404（未找到）。

Resolution
