Symptoms

透過特定虛擬機器資料存放區進行 VM 備份失敗，備份會話記錄中會顯示下列訊息：

YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ ERROR:  [@(#) Build number: ##] HTTP Get request failed to download config file '[datastore%25Test] VMLINUX/VMLINUX.vmx' using URL 'https://vcenter.emclab.local/folder/VMLINUX/VMLINUX.vmx?dcPath=Datacenter&dsName=datastore%2525Test'. HTTP Status code: 404

您可以在下列位置找到 VM 會話記錄：

  • 在 NetWorker 保護原則的/nsr/logs/policy/PolicyName/WorkflowName資料夾下的 NetWorker 伺服器上，備份虛擬機器的工作流程。
  • 在執行備份的 NVP vProxy 應用裝置上，如下所列：/opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/recycle/vbackupd/
VMware 資料存放區名稱中有百分比：
VMware vSphere Web 使用者介面，顯示名稱中不支援的字元資料存放區

Cause

資料存放區名稱中有 %符號 （或其他不支援的字元），這會導致資料存放區 HTTP 要求中加入非預期的字元。例如，會話記錄中的連結可能會顯示為：

https://vcenter.emclab.local/folder/VMLINUX/VMLINUX.vmx?dcPath=Datacenter&dsName=datastore%2525Test

顯示的連結也應從網頁瀏覽器載入;但是，URL 無法載入狀態 404 （找不到）。

《NetWorker VMware Integration Guide》指出，在資料存放區名稱中使用特殊字元可能會導致 vProxy 發生問題，例如備份和還原失敗。特殊字元包括以下內容：

Resolution

重新命名 VMware 中的資料存放區，使其不包含上述特殊字元。重新命名 VMware 資料存放區後，請重新執行 VM 保護原則。
