Symptoms

Tworzenie kopii zapasowej kończy się niepowodzeniem z błędem: 
save: Unable to close save session: can't create index directory for client

W dzienniku akcji są wyświetlane następujące informacje: 
129292:save:Successfully established Client direct save session for save-set ID '2055369197' (Client_name:C:\) with Data Domain volume 'Volume'.

Cause

Serwer został przeniesiony na nowy sprzęt z inną konfiguracją dysków. Indeksy zostały przeniesione z powrotem do lokalizacji domyślnej, ale pole Ścieżka indeksu jest skonfigurowane dla wielu klientów.

Resolution

Upewnij się, że ścieżka indeksu pokazuje poprawną ścieżkę lub jest wyraźna, aby wskazać lokalizację domyślną.
