Connect to Dell support with Secure Connect Gateway
Connect to Dell support with Secure Connect Gateway by performing the following steps:
- On the Cluster Management > General settings screen, click the SupportAssist tab.
- Click the Connect SupportAssist button.
- To accept the Telemetry Notice, check the box and click the Accept button.
- Enter the Primary Support Contact information and click the Next button.
- Select one or more IPv4-family network subnets and pools to use when connecting.
- Select Connect via Secure Connect Gateway.
- Enter the gateway host and backup gateway host. Optionally provide the gateway port and backup gateway port.

Enter the
Access key and
PIN.
NOTE: On newly installed clusters, a hardware key is automatically used instead of an Access Key and PIN.
- Select if you want to enable Remote support, CloudIQ telemetry data, and Automatic case creation.
- Click the Finish Setup button.
