Disabling SupportAssist Dell remote support
Disable
SupportAssist remote support by performing the following steps:
- Log into the OneFS WebUI.
- On the Cluster Management > General settings screen, click the SupportAssist tab.
- Click the Disable SupportAssist button.
- The following message displays: Disabling SupportAssist will stop all secure remote monitoring such as automated issue detection and case creation. Are you sure?
- Click Yes.
