Installing power button board

  1. Place the power button board in its slot.
  2. Tighten the M2x2 screw that secures the power button board to the system.
  3. Affix the adhesive tape to secure the power button board to the system.
  4. Secure the adhesive-backed power button board cable to the system and then connect the cable to its connector on the system board.
  5. Install the:
    1. display assembly
    2. system fan
    3. Installing the WWAN card
    4. Installing the WLAN card
    5. battery
    6. base cover
  6. Follow the procedure in After working inside your computer.
