Removing the LCD bezel

1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the:
   1. base cover
   2. battery
   3. Removing the WLAN card
   4. Removing the WWAN card
   5. display assembly
3. Using a plastic scribe, gently open the bezel by prying from the outer edge of the top side of the display bezel [1], and then continue prying the outer edges throughout the system. Lift the bezel away from the system [2].
   NOTE: When removing the display bezel, technicians must use a plastic scribe and handle the bezel with two hands to avoid leaving glue residue on the display panel.
