자동 드라이버 스캔을 실행할 때 사용 가능한 카탈로그 없음 오류로 인한 드라이버 감지 불가능 메시지가 고객에게 표시됩니다. 이 문제는 SupportAssist 및 Dell Command | 업데이트는 컴퓨터에 설치됩니다.

Cause

오류는 아래 조건이 충족된 경우에만 관찰됩니다(세 가지 조건 모두 존재해야 함).

  • SupportAssist 및 Dell Command | 업데이트는 모두 시스템에 설치됩니다( 시작 메뉴에서> 제어판을 열고 프로그램> 검색 Dell SupportAssist 클릭).
  • 컴퓨터에 Dell Command | v4.5 이하를 업데이트하고 v4.6 이상으로 업데이트합니다(시작 메뉴에서 >제어판을 열고 프로그램> Dell Command Update를 검색합니다).
  • Dell Command | 업데이트에 구성된 오프라인 카탈로그가 있어야 합니다(Open Dell Command | 애플리케이션 설정 업데이트(애플리케이션 > 오른쪽 상단) >일반:
    • 기본 소스 위치(dell.com) 가 지워집니다.
    • 위치 는 오프라인 카탈로그로 구성됩니다.

Resolution

  1. 오프라인 카탈로그 위치를 제거합니다.
  2. 기본 소스 위치(dell.com)를 선택하고 OK를 클릭합니다.
  3. 최신 Dell Command | 버전을 업데이트합니다.

또는

  1. 기존 Dell Command | 제거 버전 업데이트 (4.5 이하여야 합니다).
  2. 최신 Dell Command | 설치 Dell.com 버전을 업데이트합니다.
