Symptoms

시스템은 "라는 메시지와 함께 알림 0x03700103 발생시킵니다.4-port card state is incorrect."

PowerStore에는 "가 표시되는 SHC(System Health Check)도 있습니다.Found net devices for FE ports of 4 port cardPowerStore Manager의 " 메시지:

이 SHC는 PowerStore Service Container CLI에서도 실행할 수 있습니다.

Cause

PowerStore 500T가 PowerStore 버전 2.0에 배포되었거나 이미 버전 4.1을 실행하는 시스템에 4PortCard가 추가된 경우 시스템에서 필요한 netdevice 오브젝트를 생성하지 못할 수 있습니다. 어플라이언스에서 PowerStore 버전 4.1을 실행하면 4PortCard의 FRU 상태가 not_in_use로 잘못 설정될 수 있습니다.

이 상태에서 카드를 교체하면 SYM(PowerStore System Manager)이 전환을 올바르게 처리하지 못하여 롤링 노드 패닉이 트리거되고 DU(Data Unavailability) 이벤트가 발생할 수 있습니다.  참조 KB 000342081

Resolution

이 문제는 PowerStore 버전 4.2.0.0에서 해결되었습니다.  또한 PowerStore 버전 4.1.0.2에서 이 문제에 대한 수정 사항을 릴리스할 예정입니다.
