Installing the system fan
Prerequisites
About this task
The figure indicates the location of the system fan and provides a visual representation of the installation procedure.
Steps
- Connect the system fan cable to the connector on the system board.
- Align the tabs on the system fan with the guiding rails on the heat-sink bracket.
- Press the system fan down into the fan tray until it clicks into place.
