Removing the memory module
Prerequisites
- Follow the procedure in before working inside your device.
- Remove the device from fixed stand/Pro 1 height-adjustable stand/Offset VESA mount/Pro 2 height-adjustable stand/Wall mount.
- Remove the cover.

- Lift the absorber above the memory module.
- Gently pry the retention clips away from the memory module until the memory module pops up.
- Slide and remove the memory module from the memory-module slot on the system board.
