Dell ThinOS 2402 Administrator’s Guide
File naming convention
ThinOS application packages, ThinOS firmware, BIOS packages, and other files can be published from the Wyse Management Suite server and support the following characters in their file names:
- Uppercase letter
- Lowercase letter
- Numeric character
- Special characters—period (.), hyphen-minus (-), and underscores (_)
If you use other characters in file names, the file installation fails.
