Avamar: Accelerator node installation fails due to a DNS issue

Symptoms
During an Avamar Accelerator node installation, the workflow fails.
The workflow.log shows the following error:

A Domain Name System (DNS) is unreachable on the Accelerator node, causing the workflow query of the Avamar FQDN to fail.
Resolution
The following command can be run on the Accelerator node to confirm the issue:
ping -c 1 <Avamar FQDN>
Once confirmed, fix the DNS server issue.

If the DNS issue cannot be fixed due to the customer's environment, use IP address for the Avamar server.
