當 Dell Ultrasharp 顯示器使用 DP 連接至 Dell 擴充基座或 mini DP 連接已啟用 MST 選項時。顯示器關閉電源再開啟後無出現任何影像。
Cause
受影響的擴充基座：
- Dell Thunderbolt 擴充基座 (TB16)
- Dell Precision Dual USB Type-C Thunderbolt (TB18)
- Dell 擴充基座 (WD19/WD19S)
- Dell Performance 擴充基座 (WD19DC/WD19DCS)
- Dell Thunderbolt 擴充基座 (WD19TB/WD19TBS)

- U2715H
- UP2716D
- U2717D

Resolution
若要讓影像回到顯示器，您可以中斷連接，然後重新連接 DP 纜線，或關閉後再開啟顯示器電源。如果您不想要完成這些動作，請使用下列步驟作為此行為的因應措施。
- 將顯示器上的 MST 選項設為關閉。
若要執行此動作，請移至顯示器螢幕顯示 （OSD） 功能表顯示 >> MST > 關閉 （圖 1）。
注意：視顯示器型號而定，關閉 MST 的指示可能會有所不同。如需更多資訊，請參閱顯示器的使用者指南。
