Go to check audio codec device ID to identify audio vendor in Device Manager.

Download and update the Audio Driver to the most recent release from Dell e-support to solve this issue.
Steps:
Update the Intel Cirrus Logic High Definition Audio Driver to the most recent release (revision Version 10.0.6.5 or later).
Browse to the Dell Drivers & downloads page:
Select the Operating System that is installed on the Dell computer.
Under Category, select Audio.
Locate the latest Audio Driver.
Click Download and save the file to your computer.
Open File Explorer and browse to the location where the downloaded file is saved.
Double-click the Download setup file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
