Symptoms

Procházení nástrojem Avamar GLR for Exchange (ItemPoint) nezobrazuje v uživatelském rozhraní cestu edb/log .

Na cílovém klientovi (GLR Proxy) v protokolu avexglr_plugin.log (nachází se v avamar VAR: C:\Program Files\avs\var) vidíme níže uvedené chyby:

Cause

Stávající disk se připojuje z úložiště Dell Elastic Cloud Storage (ECS) pomocí služby GeoDrive.
To způsobuje problémy s připojením ovladače EldoS , který používá software Avamar GLR.

Resolution

Na cílovém klientovi (GLR Proxy):
  1. Odpojte jednotku pomocí služby GeoDrive.
  2. Ujistěte se, že na serveru Proxy není žádný připojení, a opakujte operaci GLR.
