Beim Durchsuchen von Avamar GLR for Exchange (ItemPoint) wird kein edb/log-Pfad in der Benutzeroberfläche angezeigt.

Auf dem Zielclient (GLR Proxy) im avexglr_plugin.log (in Avamar VAR: C:\Program Files\avs\var) sehen wir die folgenden Fehler:

Cause

Das vorhandene Laufwerk wird von Dell Elastic Cloud Storage (ECS) mit GeoDrive gemountet.

Resolution

Auf dem Zielclient (GLR-Proxy):
  1. Unmounten Sie das Laufwerk mit GeoDrive.
  2. Stellen Sie sicher, dass kein Mount auf dem Proxy vorhanden ist, und wiederholen Sie GLR.
