Symptoms

Avamar GLR for Exchange(ItemPoint)参照では、UIにedb/ログ パスが表示されません。

avexglr_plugin.log(Avamar VARにある)のターゲット クライアント(GLRプロキシ): C:\Program Files\avs\var)次のエラーが表示されます。

Cause

既存のドライブは、GeoDriveを使用してDell Elastic Cloud Storage(ECS)からマウントされます。
これにより、Avamar GLRが使用する EldoS ドライバーのマウントの問題が発生します。

Resolution

ターゲット クライアント(GLRプロキシ):
  1. GeoDriveを使用してドライブをアンマウントします。
  2. プロキシにマウントがないことを確認し、GLRを再試行します。
