A navegação do Avamar GLR for Exchange (ItemPoint) não mostra o caminho edb/log na interface do usuário do.

No client de destino (proxy GLR) no avexglr_plugin.log (localizado no Avamar VAR: C:\Program Files\avs\var) vemos os erros abaixo:

Cause

A unidade existente é montada a partir do Dell Elastic Cloud Storage (ECS) usando o GeoDrive.
Isso causa problemas de montagem para o driver EldoS , que o Avamar GLR usa.

Resolution

No client de destino (proxy GLR):
  1. Desmonte a unidade usando o GeoDrive.
  2. Certifique-se de que não haja nenhuma montagem presente no proxy e repita a GLR.
