Symptoms

Avamar GLR for Exchange （ItemPoint） 流覽不會在 UI 中顯示edb/log路徑。

在avexglr_plugin.log中的目標用戶端 （GLR Proxy） 上 （位於 Avamar VAR：C：\Program Files\avs\var）我們會看到以下錯誤：

Cause

現有的磁片磁碟機是使用 GeoDrive 從 Dell Elastic Cloud Storage （ECS） 掛載。
這會導致 Avamar GLR 使用的 EldoS 驅動程式發生掛接問題。

Resolution

在目標用戶端 （GLR Proxy）：
  1. 使用 GeoDrive 卸下磁片磁碟機。
  2. 請確定 Proxy 上沒有掛載裝置，然後重試 GLR。
