Перегляд Avamar GLR for Exchange (ItemPoint) не показує шлях edb/log в інтерфейсі користувача.

На цільовому клієнті (GLR Proxy) в avexglr_plugin.log (знаходиться в Avamar VAR: C:\Program Files\avs\var) Ми бачимо наступні помилки:

Cause

Існуючий накопичувач монтується з Dell Elastic Cloud Storage (ECS) за допомогою GeoDrive.
Це спричиняє проблеми з монтуванням драйвера EldoS, який використовує Avamar GLR.

Resolution

На цільовому клієнті (GLR Proxy):
  1. Демонтуйте диск за допомогою GeoDrive.
  2. Переконайтеся, що на проксі-сервері немає монтування, і повторіть спробу GLR.
