Symptoms

La navegación de Avamar GLR for Exchange (ItemPoint) no muestra la ruta de edb/log en la interfaz del usuario.

En el cliente de destino (proxy GLR) en avexglr_plugin.log (que se encuentra en Avamar VAR: C:\Program Files\avs\var) vemos los siguientes errores:

Cause

La unidad existente se monta desde Dell Elastic Cloud Storage (ECS) mediante GeoDrive.
Esto provoca problemas de montaje para el controlador EldoS , que utiliza Avamar GLR.

Resolution

En el cliente de destino (proxy de GLR):
  1. Desmonte la unidad mediante GeoDrive.
  2. Asegúrese de que no haya ningún montaje presente en el proxy y vuelva a intentar la GLR.
