Symptoms

Avamar GLR for Exchange （ItemPoint） 浏览不会在 UI 中显示 edb/log 路径。

在目标客户端 （GLR Proxy） 上的 avexglr_plugin.log （位于 Avamar VAR 中）：C：\Program Files\avs\var）我们看到以下错误：

Cause

现有驱动器使用 GeoDrive 从 Dell Elastic Cloud Storage （ECS） 装载。
这会导致 Avamar GLR 使用的 EldoS 驱动程序的装载问题。

Resolution

在目标客户端（GLR 代理） 上：
  1. 使用 GeoDrive 卸载驱动器。
  2. 确保代理上不存在装载，然后重试 GLR。
