При обзоре Avamar GLR for Exchange (ItemPoint) в пользовательском интерфейсе не отображается путь edb/log .

На целевом клиенте (GLR Proxy) в журнале avexglr_plugin.log (в Avamar VAR: C:\Program Files\avs\var) мы видим следующие ошибки:

Cause

Существующий накопитель устанавливается из Dell Elastic Cloud Storage (ECS) с помощью GeoDrive.

Resolution

На целевом клиенте (GLR Proxy):
  1. Отключите накопитель с помощью GeoDrive.
  2. Убедитесь, что на прокси-сервере нет монтирования, и повторите попытку детализированного восстановления.
