Symptoms

NMC(NetWorker Management Console) UI(User Interface)를 실행하는 동안 오류가 발생합니다. 
An error occured while validating user credentials. Verify that the NetWorker Authentication service is running
[Could not resolve host  
Server message Make sure the server is running]

인증 서비스가 실행 중입니다.

NMC 서버 패키지는 NetWorker 서버와 별도로 자체 독립 실행형 시스템에 설치됩니다.

NMC 서버 구성 파일 gstd.conf 는 올바른 인증 서버로 연결됩니다.
  • Linux: /opt/lgtonmc/etc/gstd.conf
  • Windows: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\GST\etc\gstd.conf
  • Ping 및 nslookup이 올바른 호스트 이름 및 IP 주소를 반환합니다.
 

Cause

NMC Launcher 창의 오류로 인해 실행 실패가 발생했습니다. "NMC 서버에 연결, NMC 서버 또는 IP 주소 입력"에서 NMC 서버 대신 NetWorker 서버의 호스트 이름이 선택되었습니다.

Resolution

NRE(NetWorker Runtime Environment) 시작 관리자 창에 NMC 서버 호스트 이름을 입력합니다.

이 필드에 호스트를 입력하면 NRE 호스트 목록에 파일이 저장됩니다. C:\Program Files\NRE\config\hostlists 파일의 이름을 변경하거나 삭제하여 이를 지울 수 있습니다.
