启动 NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 用户界面 （UI） 时出错： 
An error occured while validating user credentials. Verify that the NetWorker Authentication service is running

身份验证服务正在运行。

NMC 服务器软件包安装在独立于 NetWorker 服务器的独立系统上。

NMC 服务器配置文件 gstd.conf 会导致正确的身份验证服务器：
  • Linux：/opt/lgtonmc/etc/gstd.conf
  • Windows：C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\GST\etc\gstd.conf
  • Ping 和 nslookup 返回正确的主机名和 IP 地址
 

Cause

无法启动是由于 NMC 启动程序窗口中的错误造成的。在“连接到 NMC 服务器，输入 NMC 服务器或 IP 地址”中，选择了 NetWorker 服务器的主机名，而不是 NMC 服务器。

Resolution

在 NetWorker Runtime Environment （NRE） 启动程序窗口中输入 NMC 服务器主机名。

在此字段中输入主机会将其存储在 NRE 主机列表文件中。可以通过重命名或删除 C：\Program Files\NRE\config\hostlists 文件来清除此项。
