Deletes user or group permissions for an SMB share.

Syntax

isi smb shares permission delete <share> {<user> | --group <name>

Required Privileges

ISI_PRIV_SMB

<share>

Required. Specifies the SMB share name.

<user>

Specifies a user by name.

--group <name>

Specifies a group by name.

--gid <id>

Specifies a group by UNIX group identifier.

--uid <id>

Specifies a user by UNIX user identifier.

--sid <string>

Specifies an object by its Windows security identifier.

--wellknown <string>

Specifies a well-known user, group, machine, or account name.

--zone <string>

Specifies an access zone.

{--force | -f}

Specifies that you want the command to execute without prompting for confirmation.

{--verbose | -v}

Displays more detailed information.
