Symptoms
Outlookが起動したときに［オフライン アクセスを有効にする］オプションが自動的に無効になります。
トレース ログには、次のエラーが表示されることがあります。

Cause
ユーザーのワークステーションには複数のOutlookバージョンがインストールされています。
Resolution
ユーザーのワークステーションからOutlookの他のバージョンをアンインストールすると、問題を解決できる場合があります。
