Symptoms

Avamar 시스템에서 ConnectEMC 프로세스는 CPU를 100% 활용도로 페그합니다.

Cause

Resolution

다음 단계에 따라 대체 알림 메커니즘을 구성합니다. 

아래에 언급된 connectEMC_config xml 파일과 connectemc 디렉토리가 있고 액세스할 수 있는지 확인합니다.

이메일 알림을 구성하지 않으려면 아래 단계를 사용하여 Avamar 서버에서 ConnectEMC_config.xml 구성 파일(구성 파일 비우기)을 수동으로 제거해야 합니다.
  1. admin 계정으로 SSH를 사용하여 Avamar에 접속합니다.
  2. 루트 사용자 계정으로 전환합니다.
  3. 현재 구성 파일의 이름을 바꿉니다. 
    mv /opt/connectemc/ConnectEMC_config.xml /opt/connectemc/ConnectEMC_config.xml.orig
  4. 값이 없는 구성 파일을 만듭니다. 
    터치 /opt/connectemc/ConnectEMC_config.xml
  5. 구성 파일이 비어 있는지 확인합니다. 
    ls -latr /opt/connectemc/ConnectEMC_config.xml
-rw-rw-r-- 1 root admin 0 Feb 7 22:36 ConnectEMC_config.xml
  6. 다음 명령을 사용하여 ConnectEMC 서비스를 재시작합니다. 
    service connectemc stop
service connectemc start

이벤트에 대한 변경 방법을 대체합니다. 

Connecthome 알림이 Dell에 전달되지 않는 경우, 하드웨어 관련 오류 메시지가 있는 경우 이메일 알림을 구성하고 지원 티켓을 열어야 합니다.
