Symptoms

在 Avamar 系统上，ConnectEMC 进程将 CPU 与 100% 利用率挂钩。

Cause

Resolution

请按照以下步骤配置备用警报机制。

检查下面提到 的connectEMC_config xml 文件和 connectemc 目录是否存在且可访问。

如果您不想配置电子邮件通知，则必须使用以下步骤手动将 Avamar Server 上的 ConnectEMC_config.xml 配置文件（清空配置文件）置零：
  1. 使用管理员帐户通过 SSH 连接到 Avamar。
  2. 切换到根用户账户。
  3. 重命名当前配置文件。 
    mv /opt/connectemc/ConnectEMC_config.xml /opt/connectemc/ConnectEMC_config.xml.orig
  4. 创建配置文件，其中没有任何值。 
    触摸屏 /opt/connectemc/ConnectEMC_config.xml
  5. 验证配置文件是否为空。 
    ls -latr /opt/connectemc/ConnectEMC_config.xml
-rw-rw-r-- 1 root admin 0 2 月 7 日 22：36 ConnectEMC_config.xml
  6. 使用以下命令重新启动 ConnectEMC 服务： 
    service connectemc 停止
service connectemc 启动
