Symptoms

在 Avamar 系統上，ConnectEMC 程式會以 100% 的使用率固定 CPU。

Cause

在此情況下，原因不明。

Resolution

請遵循以下步驟，設定替代警示機制。

檢查下列所述 的connectEMC_config xml 檔案，且 connectemc 目錄存在且可供存取。

如果您不想設定電子郵件通知，則您必須使用下列步驟，手動將 Avamar 伺服器上的ConnectEMC_config.xml組態檔案 （清空組態檔案） 取出：
  1. 使用具有管理員帳戶的 SSH 連線至 Avamar。
  2. 切換至根使用者帳戶。
  3. 重新命名目前的組態檔案。 
    mv /opt/connectemc/ConnectEMC_config.xml /opt/connectemc/ConnectEMC_config.xml.orig
  4. 建立未包含任何值的組態檔案。 
    觸控/opt/connectemc/ConnectEMC_config.xml
  5. 確認組態檔案為空。 
    ls -latr /opt/connectemc/ConnectEMC_config.xml
-rw-rw-r-- 1 root admin 0 2 月 7 日 22：36 ConnectEMC_config.xml
  6. 使用下列命令重新啟動 ConnectEMC 服務： 
    服務連接器停止
service connectemc 啟動

改變事件的替代方式。

如果 Connecthome 警示未轉寄給 Dell，則在發生硬體相關錯誤訊息時，必須設定電子郵件警示並開啟支援票證。
