Symptoms

Secure Centralized Gateway (SCG) is configured and running.
Attempts to configure SupportAssist fails in the Network Check step with Error 0x6400C1F.

Cause

The SupportAssist status (svc_supportassist --status) command fails.
Attempts to cleanup and restart SupportAssist fail.

Resolution

ESE docker container status should be checked.
