Symptoms

Avamar 백업 중에 임의의 경우 백업의 응답이 중지되어 수동 개입이 필요한 경우가 발생합니다.
이 동작은 대용량 데이터베이스와 다중 스트리밍을 활성화한 백업 중에 주로 나타납니다.

다음 번에 동일한 서버 백업이 성공적으로 실행되고 한동안 이러한 응답 중지 증상이 다시 나타나지 않을 수 있습니다.

응답을 중지하는 동안 "vditransfertimeoutsecs" 설정에 따라 VDI(Virtual Backup Device Interface) 연결 시간이 초과될 때까지 데이터 처리가 중지됩니다. 고객의 경우 3시간으로 설정되었으며 아래 발췌문에서 avsql_t3 스레드에 대한 시간 초과가 발생하는 것을 확인할 수 있습니다.
