Symptoms

在 Avamar 系統管理員的備份和還原標籤下，我們發現檔案系統外掛程式遺失，只能檢視 VSS。檢閱「C：\Program Files\avs\var\avagent.log」，會顯示一則警告訊息，顯示外掛程式 （avtar） 和代理程式不同版本，且僅有 VSS 外掛程式正在註冊。

Cause

注意：如果未正確卸載先前的外掛程式，則可能在任何版本中發生此問題。
在此情況下，客戶先前已使用 HF325722 （avtar.exe） 安裝 19.2，並決定降級回 19.1。
重新安裝 19.1 外掛程式時，未移除修補程式二進位檔案，因為 Avamar 上只會顯示 VSS 外掛程式。

Resolution


1.在您決定從現有外掛程式升級或降級之前，請務必將其完全卸載。
2.流覽至控制台，選取應用程式 （EMC Avamar for Windows），然後按一下卸載。

按一下卸載

3.卸載外掛程式後，您可以安裝新的外掛程式。
