Resolution

Dell Data Protection | Enterprise Edition kan de status van de Encryption Sweep niet bijwerken.

Dit kan ertoe leiden dat het de encryption sweep opnieuw uitvoert bij de volgende keer opnieuw opstarten of aanmelden bij de gebruiker, wat prestatieproblemen veroorzaakt.

Dit probleem kan in de Shield-logboeken worden geïdentificeerd aan de hand van de volgende vermelding:

[11.19.13 11:32:59:983 DirectoryList.c: 244] GNPED - cannot rename processing list C:\ProgramData\CREDANT\CMGData\_SDENCR_.WIP to C:\ProgramData\CREDANT\CMGData\_SDENCR_.PWP, error = 183

Om dit probleem op te lossen:

  • Verwijder de inhoud van de map c:\ProgramData\Credant\CMGData.

  • Voer WSProbe

Het probleem is opgelost in Build 8.2.0.5819 en hoger.
