Bemærk: Du kan afinstallere agenten og derefter geninstallere den, men du mister alle historiske enhedsdata.
Løsning:
- Klik på Start, skriv kommandoen , hvorefter du kan se den kommandoprompt, der er angivet som hovedresultatet. Højreklik på kommandoprompten, og vælg Kør som administrator.

- I en administratorkommandoprompt skal du skrive
sc create CylanceSvc binpath="C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Advanced Threat Protection\CylanceSvc.exe" start=auto displayname="Cylance Protect".
