Na het upgraden naar Windows 10 start de Cylance-service niet op en was deze niet beschikbaar in Services Control Manager.

Resolution
Soms kan het besturingssysteem sommige services niet registreren na een upgrade van het besturingssysteem.
Opmerking: U kunt de Agent verwijderen en vervolgens opnieuw installeren, maar u verliest alle historische apparaatdata.
Tijdelijke oplossing:
- Klik op Start, typ de opdracht en u ziet de opdrachtprompt die als hoofdresultaat wordt weergegeven. Klik met de rechtermuisknop op de opdrachtprompt en kies Uitvoeren als administrator.
