Troubleshooting Unsuccessful Lasso Catalog Download

To troubleshoot unsuccessful Lasso catalog download:
  1. Make sure that local ftp client is running:
    1. Click Start > Run type cmd, press Enter.

    2. Type ftp <server address>.

  2. Make sure that ftp server is available and running:
    1. Using the browser, enter the ftp://ftp.dell.com/serviceability url.

    2. Check for LassoCatalog.cab file.

  3. If the ftp server is not available:
    1. Ping ftp server.

    2. If the server is accessible, check the firewall settings to unblock the ftp port (port 20 and 21).
