Troubleshooting Compellent Collections for SCOS Versions Later than 6.6.x

To Troubleshoot Compellent collections:

  1. If multiple IPs are configured on Lasso management station, include the IP address of the same subnet as array in the Compellent.properties file to connect to the array.
  2. Verify the EM logs to check the array configurations.
  3. Ensure that Port 443 is not used by any other application on the management station where Lasso is installed.
  4. Ensure Lasso is not running on a Virtual Center Server.
  5. Ensure Lasso is not running on an SCVMM Server.
  6. Ensure Lasso is not running on an IIS Server or have the IIS Microsoft Service running.
  7. Ensure the server where Lasso is running is not actively browsing to https://site.com.
  8. If Enterprise Manager Data Collector is installed and running on the server where Lasso is running, close the EM application.
  9. After performing the steps 1 to 8, modify the ArrayTimeOut value to a higher number in the Compellent.properties file located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Lasso folder.
    • NOTE: The ArrayTimeOut value is measured in minutes.
